Nike is another one of the most recognised brand names in the world. It is the worlds leader in sales of sports equipment and apparel. The nike tick is the symbol of the brand and the slogan used most to advertise the brand is 'just do it'. The company takes its name from Nike, the Greek goddess of victory. The company sells a wide range of sports equipment across a range of sports including football. basketball, golf , tennis, running and various others.

Many top athletes endorse the brand including people like Tiger Woods, Roger Federer, Wayne Rooney and Rafael Nadal.

I have a number of items made by Nike which range from football shirts, football boots, tracksuit bottoms, trainers and various other sports equipment. I find that most of the products sold are of high quality and I have been pleased with the most of my Nike purchases.

In terms of football boots , the Nike Mercurial range is really good and is also quite expensive but the quality and comfort of the shoes are great. They also seem to last a while. The trainers are also the same. I guess you do sometimes have to pay more to get the extra quality.They also have a range of clothing and accessories which are of good quality.

Nike is one of the most criticised companies in terms of concerns over exploitation of workers in countries such as Vietnam, China and Indonesia and also accusations of using child labour. I will not go in to the full details but it provides some human rights concerns.

Overall though it is a great company and provides high quality sports equipment to alot of the top athletes in the world.

Summary: good quality sports equipment
