The privacy of your own home is probably a good thing in this case. The Nordic track machine is a great example of its ilk. It is a premium price but for that you get the build quality of a small bridge. What is missing is a guide to how fast you should peddle? The thing 130 150 rpm, who knows. Get running funny on this machine though it really works your backside and thighs.
