Advantages: good exercising machine
Disadvantages: little wobbly while exercising
I have my orbitrek since june 08 and i think its good....not great but good.
i had feared that it may be flimsy and i was proved right.
it took a good month of me watching the adverts before i took the plunge and ordered one.
it took fours days to arrive which was good as i had expected to arrive later. i had to put it together which was fun as i put some music on.
then i jumped on it, it is strong and sturdyish but i see it moving as i stride on it. yes it has been tightened as much as possible. i weight 14 stone and i am 5 ft 8 in height. its the reason i bought the orbitrek to loose weight and get fit. My partner uses it too he is 6 ft and weights 14 stone also ( slimmer than me ).
i paid £129.99 plus £19.99 for p & p, and because i ordered via the net i was given and option to buy a magic bullet for £9.99 to which i did, i gave to mum. Wanted to order another magic bullet but now £29.99. bugger should have ordered another one.
it's noisy aswell, not quiet like the ads claim it to be.
it is easy to move around as there are two wheels at the front. the resistance knob gives you the option of a easy or tough workout.
my one is fine apart from the issue of the item moving as you exercise.
i too tried to see people's comments on the orbitrek before i bought one and was swayed but positive comments.
i am happy i have mine.
Summary: Great product for £129.99
