If you have not tried paintballing yet then now is the time. Just last sunday i went with a group of friends and we had the time of our lives. The Gunn and Moore Purist ***** pads are excellent, I have a pair of left handed pads, which seem to wear well. Being mostly foam they are extremely light which means I can run virtually normally, and have managed to create more quick singles as a result, as well as being light they are no too bulky with plenty of padding on the inside, and a wrap around for the sides of my legs. I would have to agree with the opinion that the GM Cannon is totally a waste of money. Yes with this bat you do need at least six to seven hours of knocking in. Though this time is time well spent. I have used this bat all season and have had no trouble what so ever, with no cracks or fractures and not even a dent. Unlike the other lads bats who as written and opinion,mine is very heavy (nearly 3lb) so I dont know if that makes anything, different. This GM cannon as a excellent middle, far better then any of the other bats in my club as everyone always wants to use. The pick is good and feel very easy to use. however the rubber grip which is on does tend to go thin ...
