Blitz Sport PU Boxing Gloves ... instead of making my arms fatigued so with the adults I opt for the 10oz. When I teach the junior classes I go for the 12oz, I have less physical effort to make therefore want something that s going to push me a little bit more. Sounds stupid but it works for me! Anyone with a hint of common sense would be thinking why isn t it the other way, the heavier the glove the harder the punch right? Wrong, this is a common misconception, the gloves aren t what s doing the punching, you are therefore everything is dependant on the force you put behind the punch and THE single most useful thing you ll learn while doing any martial arts will be how to control your force. Black Straight Sword Set ... some strange reason, I had the urge to buy a decorative samurai sword and came across this set. Even though I added it to the "Sports Equipment" category, it s definitely not for sports but it was the most suitable. The set consists of a Katana measuring 40", with a 27" sharpened, stainless blade with simulated temper. The second largest in the picture is the Wakazashi, which measures 30.5" overall with a 19.5" blade and lastly the Tanto, which measures 21" overall with an 11" blade. York Pacer 3501 ... have always been keen on keeping fit, for my lifestyle as well as my job. But during busy periods i need to do my training from home. So i asked around and was recommended by my friend the York Pacer 3501. I wanted to test it beforehand, so i had a quick preview and test on his. Instantly i was interested. Most running machines have a hard surface, this one has less impact on the legs, making running more comfortable, safe and giving less impact on joints. The running vinyl is also gripped, making slipping an allmost impossibility.
