I bought this Powerball Neon Pro a while back after having a go on one at a friend's house. It is originally designed to treat Repetitive Strain Injuries and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and it can buy used to improve grip and wrist action which is great for golfers, tennis players and the like.

I use it once or twice a day and it really doesn't take long. You simply wind it up and then tug on the cord to get the gyroscope spinning. Whilst holding the Powerball down by your side, the idea is to increase its revolutions as much as you can for as long as you can (which is usually about 30 - 50 seconds to start with), by rotating your wrist in a circular motion. Sounds easy, but trust me, it isn't!

Even though you are mainly using your wrist, it is amazing how many muscles in your arms and chest benefit from using the Powerball! After using it for about 10mins every day, for a month, I could really see the difference in the size and definition of my arms! And if you use the Powerball a lot... Boy, will they ache!

The ball fits neatly into the palm of your hand and has a rubber grip round it so that you can keep a good hold of it. This version also has a LCD display that records your highest revs and how many rotations you have done. This means you always have a target to try and beat!

Even though it takes quite a while to get it going, once you've mastered it you'll be so addicted!
