... you also have one hidden in a cupboard, in the spare room, behind the door or in the garage, this is for you too. I am going to start afresh. I am not a large person, but there is no tone whatsoever on my body. I tried to find some, but alas, it vacated the premises many years ago when I wasn't looking. I am totally disgusted by what I see in changing room mirrors. Time is passing and it's now or never. I am hoping to re-inspire myself with forgotten facts about why rebounding is so good for you. I hope it ins...more

Since having my first baby ten years ago, managing my weight has been a constant battle, and as the years roll on, I'm losing badly! Over the years I have purchased masses of fitness equipment that all come with a promise of a better body, but as we all know, the novelty quickly wares off if you don't get instant results and they end up languishing in the loft. A friend recommended that I buy a trampette and after she told me that 5 minutes of jogging on this is the equivalent of 20 minutes jogging on the road, I had to get one. There are various makes on the market, and the prices vary considerably, but I bought the cheapest that I could find ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Get Bouncy and Tone Up (566 words)

After Christmas I realised that I had to do something to try and shift the excess weight that I had put on with all the seasonal treats and nights out. Having 3 young children getting to the gym regualarly is not an option and neither was purchasing an expensive piece of home gym equipment like a treadmill. Not only are these type of things costly but they take up a lot of space that Santa had already filled with toys. So I looked around and asked a friend (fitness freak) for any advice. He recommended a trampette and originally I thought he was joking but then he explained how it is really got Cardiovascular workout but it really can tone up the thigh and bottom ...  Read the complete review

A trampette may seem like a strange item to have in my garden, but it made it out into the range of garden toys we have by accident, and it has stayed a firm favourite ever since. My daughter and I go to a toddler trampolining class when time permits, and they also have a small trampette the same as this one to keep children amused whilst waiting for their turn on the larger trampoline. She loved it so much I started to look around into getting a toddler trampoline for the garden. After looking at all the various styles and types around on the market, and reading reviews on all of them, I still wasn't sure which to get. The trampette arrived a couple of ...  Read the complete review

Over the years a lot of small fitness bits and bobs have gathered dust in the spare bedroom and I vowed to stop buying into such nonsense that fuels the diet industry. But I bought a trampette for different reasons; I wanted to do some training for the Race For Life earlier this year and the impact of running on the spot (as daily rain stops me leaving the house usually!) jarrs my ankles, knees and hips. I was advised to look at trampettes as they get your heart rate going and uses muscles without impracticalities of outside, or on-the-spot, running. The Pro-Fitness Trampette is one of the cheaper varieties out there otherwise I wouldn't have bought one. The ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pro-Fitness Jogger Trampette: Let's Get Bouncing! (1108 words)

I bought this mini-trampoline just over a year ago when I was trying to lose some weight. The reason I bought it was because I loved the thought of being able to work out in the comfort of my own home whilst doing something that is a bit different from just the normal running or exercise videos. However after the summer I got a bit lazy with regards to exercise and my trampoline got relegated to the shed. But recently I've been trying to shed some of the extra pounds I gained over winter and am also training to compete in next years London Marathon so the trampoline is out again. I bought this from Argos for £19.99. As I said, I bought mine back in May 2008 ...  Read the complete review
