Advantages: excellent sturdy design, great for burning calories

Disadvantages: the logo flakes off...

I bought this trampette thinking it would be a great way to watch tv and exercise at the same time. I just put it down infront of a good programme and get started. You soon forget that you're doing it and the calories just burn themselves!

The product was £15 and I think it's great value for money. It does exactly what it's supposed to an feels very strong and sturdy. It was very easy to set up (even for something not so good at these things like me!) The design is nice, and the product looks good. It's also not too big to fit into even small places. You also can't bounce that high so it doesn't matter if you have low ceilings like me.

My only complaint is that the V Fit logo on the product tends to flake off and leaves an annoying mess on the floor. This can be hoovered up, or if you leave your trampette in the same place all the time, it doesn't matter so much because you can hoover once a week or something!

It's best to work up your exercise and maybe do a plan for a week where you increase by a minute each day, and do several sets each day.

Summary: value for money exercise kit.

i great cheap way to make it harder is to have a tin of beans in each hand and move your arms up and down as you bounce!
