Advantages: Good value for money
Disadvantages: could have some more features for the size
I purchased my Pro Power multi gym in November ever since it has worked fine, when i first got it and had to set it up it was a bit tricky there are lots of nuts and bolts to find but it you follow the instructions you will be fine it might take a while to set up though.
When its set up its ready to use and you can start working out, there are 5 different work out stations on this multi gym these are,
Station 1, Bench press and Shoulder shrugs.
Station 2, Pec Dec
Station 3, Leg extension and back leg curls
Station 4, Lat pulldown front and back, triceps press
Station 5, Bicep curls, Upright rows, Sit ups (non weighted)
It has a pulley system, open roller race with covers type. This multi gym has 64kg usable exercise wait and 34kg dead weight.
Overall this multi gym is a great buy and is really good value for money, it is like half the price of most multi gyms and is longer so you can lie down wile working out, i would give it a 4 / 5 for value and ease of use.
Summary: gym at home
