IRB for safety (R.U. Clothing, etc.)

This opinion is about the protective clothing being worn by many youngsters in sport of Rugby! Since October you have had to have a label with IRB on it. This ruling applies for scrum caps and shoulder pads! I know about this as I am a Rugby player. I have never worn protective clothing but my team mates do. So If your child is buying protective clothing for Rugby, make sure it has the IRB sign in it.

Many people have complained about this ruling but it is for the players safety!If the players have different clothing on which is not IRB,it could be unsafe for not only themselves but for the opposition as well! So if you are complaining then you are going for your childs risk of injury!
