Reaction Ball

A brilliant way to have fun, keep fit and improve your reactions for a very small price. These little balls cost around £5 and can be bought in small (just bigger than a golf ball) or large (size of a cricket ball). They are made of rubber and consits of a ball with other half balls around the outside to make it uneven and therefore unpredictable when bouncing. They can be used in conjunction with many sports such as cricket, baseball, badminton and all other where reacting to a stimulus is requied. These are a great training aid for anybody playing sport which requires good hand eye coordination, such as cricket (fielding in particular), rugby (catching the bouncing ball) or baseball (fielding again) ofcourse these are just a few examples, most sports will require hand eye coordination to a certain extent.
