A brilliant way to have fun, keep fit and improve your reactions for a very small price. These little balls cost around £5 and can be bought in small (just bigger than a golf ball) or large (size of a cricket ball). They are made of rubber and consits of a ball with other half balls around the outside to make it uneven and therefore unpredictable when bouncing. They can be used in conjunction with many sports such as cricket, baseball, badminton and all other where reacting to a stimulus is requied. You can play on your own or in a group and its really simple to use. You simply just drop it and try to catch it, its much harder than it sounds! the ball bounces everywhere and you'll find yourself diving around all over the place. In a group you can bounce it around in a circle and catch it. The best surfaces to play iwht this ball on are concrete or hard ground (grass areas in summer or astroturf, gym floors etc etc). It really does help with concentrating and reacting to whatever happens and is so easy to use and have fun with. I've had mine for about two years now and durability has not been a problems even bouncing it on concrete.
