Mini trampoline, trampette or rebounder, whatever you want to call these they are in fact just a mini trampoline used for exercise. Recently the price on these seems to have reduced, when I purchased mine it was about £25 but now I see them all over for £10. Either price, they are not expensive. To use them you basically screw the ... Read the complete review

a great way to have fun and keep fit. i use mine on a regular basis, either indoor or outdoors. they are very easy to sett up and a designed also for easy, compact storage. the rebounder can even be left outside in the rain and not be damaged easily. they are suprisingly fun! many people look at the rebounders small size and assume it will be ... So what is it??? It is a trampet / rebounder with gym quality specifications but with a home friendly pricetag! No sorry kids it is not a toy for playing on but a serious piece of exercise equipment… really! This is not the type of home exercise kit that will get put away in the spare room with the abs exerciser and so on… It is fun… ... Read the complete review

One of the things I did before I recently moved from Scotland to Spain was to give away all of my exercise equipment. Don't know why I did that but it seemed like a good idea at the time. However, I have now decided to build it all up again and started with the rebounder trampoline which I ordered from a UK department store and which ... Read the complete review

You often see rebounders - little trampolines - lurking in the back of gyms, spurned by the 'real' fitness-freaks. I don't know why, they are wonderful inventions that deserve much more prominence in the fitness market. I bought my Body Sculpture Rebounder years ago from a UK catalogue shop. It was £19.99 and they are still ... Read the complete review

I was given a rebounder for Christmas and it has since become my favourite piece of home exercise equipment. My rebounder is identical to that in the photo used to illustrate this section and cost £17.99 from Argos which I think is a very reasonable price. Lets consider some facts. The frame is made from steel, the jumping ... Read the complete review

I have been using this small trampoline for over a year, and I can definitely tell the difference health-wise. I am a lot fitter and can hike across the hills no bother. The convenience of having this keep fit equipment at home is priceless, because you are in charge of when and how you exercise. I know this will not be the thing everyone is ... I would recommend getting a “trampette” (what an unpoetic name for it though) for those of you who want to exercise gently and have the schedule totally under your own control. I have been using what I call a “bouncer” for 8 years now, and it has helped me retain quite a high fitness level. When I had chronic fatigue ... Read the complete review
