Reebok have created their own University and it is very unlikely now that you will buy a piece of Reebok equipment without a booklet giving a set of exercises to do relating to that product. I’ve bought items in the past – each colour coded based on the type of exercise – strength, ironwear, jump, step or stretch. Reebok 1Kg Soft Grip Dumbells are found in the Strength section and colour coded orange. The packaging may be small and travel friendly but with 2Kg in it, it isn’t light.
