I purchased my Slam Man approximately 8 years ago. I was a regular at the gym but wanted something at home as well. I have owned this for the past 6 months, and it gives you a fantastic workout, especially if you are into combat sports. I recently purchased the SlamMan for working out and getting back into boxing and I thought this would be a motivating way to do that since the SlamMan is like an interactive sparring partner without punching back. Unfortunately, it requires a ton of sand, which takes a long time to fill and not to mention extremely difficult getting it ...  Read the complete review
