I recently purchased the SlamMan for working out and getting back into boxing and I thought this would be a motivating way to do that since the SlamMan is like an interactive sparring partner without punching back. Unfortunately, it requires a ton of sand, which takes a long time to fill and not to mention extremely difficult getting it out. ... Read the complete review

A boxing partne that does not hit back!!! In theory this sounds like a great bit of equipment but please read this before buying one and then make your mind up. I wanted one of these things for ages but when I got it I was not so happy. The slam man costs around £200 and £210 inc delivery. It must be filled with 100kgs of sand (water is ... Having owned several punch bags in my time and having a few hundred quid burning in my pocket for a bit of a boys toy!, One of my work colleauges told me he had just purchased this slam man!... The Perfect opponent. Someone who's big, mean and got a reputation for being able to take a punch...and doesn't hit back!
