I ordered a part from them 2 weeks ago because it was shown as in stock, still not arrived and shown as "on order".
No replies to emails and credit card charged as soon as order placed.
I will not deal with this shambles of a company again - keep well clear.
Hopefully judging from the other reviews the part may arrive sometime, might try the local Trading Standards office as they have breached the distance selling rules.
I deal with lots of companies over the internet, this one must be the worst by far, according to their web site they have been in business 25 years - doing what?

Does anybody know how you return an item to this company?! I received a thin plastic item in an envelope with no fragile sticker, so not unaturally - it was cracked right through. As the arrival of this part was delayed, I'd already - emailed, faxed and left voicemail to no avail. Their Terms of Business indicate that one has to have a 'returns authorisation' from them, but I've emailed and received no reply and when I tried to phone, the voicemail announced that messages could not be taken as the memory was full, this in the middle of a week day! Short of sending a pigeon, I'm not sure what to do?

Be aware - the problems of no supply & zero communication from spares2go still persist.
I wish I'd seen the other comments about this firm before ordering.
Stay well away!

I ordered a chopping attachment for my hand held mixer from spares 2go. in February, like other reports here I was charged and then told it was on order with the option to cancel. I thought OK I will be patient and give them a chance. I e-mailed in March, in April, then in May I e-mailed to cancel, then the sillyness started. Within days I received part of the kit I ordered, I asked where the rest was, I e-mailed to reject the part as unfit for purpose. I wrote to them also. They said they now had all the parts. I don't want anymore to do with them and want my money back. I am now in the process of taking legal action to recover. Lesson, avoid companies without phone numbers and take immediate payment.
One star too high.

I ordered a filter for a kettle from Spares2Go on the 9th April, my card was charged immediately but nothing was received for over a month. I e-mailled the company and received a reply that the item was on backorder.
I asked them to cancel the order but received no reply. I am now going to have the hassle of chasing them for return of my money. Note there is no phone number listed on their website. I would normally never order from such a company that will not even give out a phone number but mistook the Fax number which is displayed for a phone number.
In my opinion this is a very poor company which has no regard whatsoever for customer service. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to go elsewhere.

I ordered some parts for my mixer from Spare2go back in December and having emailed them twice, I have not heard any more from them. The debited my account straight away but have stopped communicating with me. I would like to ring them, but again they do not have a telephone number on the Website, only a fax number. Does anyone have a phone number for them? Review written on 21/01/2008

I agree with Rythmking in his review on Spares2go. I ordered a Haden Electric Kettle Filter at £13.01 on 13/9/07. My money was deducted on the same day but, to date, I have not received the filter. I have received two automated replies to two e-mails saying the same thing, i.e. out of stock and we will pursue the manufacturer, but no reply to the ... Read the complete review

If anyone is thinking of buying spare parts for household appliances from www.spares2go.co.uk I would advise shopping around first! The door handle broke on my Bosch fridge-freezer and a quick Google search revealed that spares2go could supply a replacement. Having needed to replace the door handles previously and purchased a pair, I ... Read the complete review

For those of you out looking for a new frame, i'd recommend purchasing a Marine Quake frame. I bought a marine Quake 9 a few months back and its certianly given me value for money, and is one of the most sturdy bikes i've had. I own the most evil set of pedals for my Saracen X-cess you have ever seen, Azonic Flatboys. I recently slipped a pedal on my local DH run and as I was not an owner of a pair of shinpads I took a huge chunk out of my right leg. It required 15 stitches and it f**kin' hurt. I know do own a pair of Kona Blast shinpads and wear them when ... Read the complete review

The new X-Lite bar is a four piece bar made of 6061-T6 aluminium. It is very well made with neat welding. 80 mm of rise (I think is a little excessive) and they are 685 mm wide. They weigh in at a hefty 528g so don't expect them to fail easily. They have a problem in that because they are four piece bars they need a front loading stem. ... Read the complete review
