Oh no not another fitness DVD I hear you scream. Most people buy these DVD's and intend to carry on with them but soon they are only used to store dust on.
Well is TAE BO any different from the rest? Well yes if you stick at this one then you will see the difference after a few weeks. In a 30 min workout you do burn loads of calories and if you're doing the exercises properly you will be toning your body.
You have to make sure that you learn all the moves before you start the main routine as if you don't you won't feel the effect and worse of all you could hurt yourself.
You start off with a good warm up before moving in to the routine and on screen you see Billy Blanks and the rest of his class of various ages doing the routine with you. A word of warning you will require a good space around you as you do these exercises as when your kicking and hitting you don't want to knock anything over or bumping into anything. It does not take long till you start to sweat so make sure you have a drink close by.
As I said before TAE BO does work but as with all fitness DVD's you have to stick with it more than 1 week. If you have the room then it could be a good idea to train with a friend to keep motivated. If you planning on getting fit then TAE BO will be loads cheaper than a gym membership.
Anyone who decides to take up TAE BO then I wish you all best in your fitness goals
