Advantages: Great way to keep fit

Disadvantages: Finding a place that does classes

I have to say that I enjoy keeping fit, but recently I have got bored of doing the same thing all the time...e.g.going to the gym, or occasionally going swimming.

I used to do Tae Kwon Do, so I have always been into martial art type movements. Although I had only recently heard of Tae Bo when I saw some vidoes on it I couldnt resist.

I found that the movements were easy to learn, and fun to do. I don't know if the moves are based on Tae Kwon Do but I have to say the moves were very similar. Tae Bo gets your heart pumping by combining kicks and punches as well as some more commercial style exercises.

It is suitable for all levels of fitness, and more or less any age group. It is great fun and it is a fitness workout unlike any other.

The only problem you may have is finding somewhere that does clssses.

I actually use a Tae Bo video which is fantastic and would be good to prepare you before going to the classes. The one I have is with someone called Billy Blanks (I think).

Sounds good, I might try it at my local gym.
