Advantages: fun, Billy Blanks fit body, great stress reliever Disadvantages: Bloody Knackering at first!!!
Yes that's right, Billy Blank may not be a hunk, but he sure has a fit body.....the workouts pretty good to!!! The most important piece of advice I can give you is to fast forward the actual workout and you'll find an instructions section on how to do all the moves required in the Tai Bo workout, this is very important so you dont injure yourself while your kicking hell out off fresh air!!! When that's done and your happy you roughly know the moves (dont worry, you dont have to be an expert, I'd never done any sort of martial art before) it's time to start the workout. It starts with the usual warm up, then it's straight on to the punches and kicks, which is a fab stress reliever!!! It's very very knackering, but Billy Blank is so funny to watch and the workout is so much fun (no really) the 30 mins flies and before you know it your on the cool down. It's suitable for any age and fitness level, as long as you dont do to much to soon. Oh, and you'll need loads of water to drink!!! Summary: |
