Advantages: Good Cardiovascular Workout

Disadvantages: Too fast, Dangerous moves

Although Taebo seems to be part of the new 'Combat' fitness craze and is a good cardiovascular workout, it can be a little dangerous to the novice exerciser:

1) The moves are a little too fast for correct alignment
2) the video still seems to encourage 'ballistic' stretching (bouncing whilst holding a stretch)
3) Many of the moves, especially during warm up, are classed by exercise professionals as old fashioned and can cause injury, eg. head rolls.
4) It involves a lot of jumping and impact which is not recommended for many individuals -too much stress on the joints.

If you have experience with exercise, especially of this type, then just take care!
If you are a complete novice to exercise.... steer clear and choose another 'combat' video (eg. Keli Roberts, Kathy Smith)
