Working out can be fun! (Tae bo)

Advantages: enjoyable exercise, keeps innshape Disadvantages: Very tiring at first
I was bored of working out at the gym and decided to try something new.I saw the Billy Blanks Tae-bo videos in the shop and decided to give it a go. Having never done any kickboxing or the like before I tried the instructional section to make sure you do all the kicks and punches correctly. This section they advise you to take your time on as you risk injury if you do the moves incorrectly and in particular the kicks can take a bit of time to get used to. I did find this hilarious though as it took me a while to grasp the kicks as some balance is required and I spent my initial time falling over and wobbling all over the place. I have found though as a result that my balance in general has improved. Summary: |
