My favourite tennis racquet is my trusty Slazenger "Mystique" 27. I have had it for about 4 years, and so far have not had to have it re-stringed.I have had other Slazengers before, but this one is the best model, for me.
I emphasise, for me, because to be honest, having the right raquet is a personal thing, so don't be afraid of trying several in the shop. It may be he greatest thing since sliced bread, and the most expensive, but if if does not feel right, or is too heavy, and you arm is leaden after the first set, forget it.
I also try other players racquets, just to see what I could buy next, if it suits me.
