Timeworks FX

My first couple of seconds on this machine made me wonder about the hype I'd heard about it. Complete workout in 4 minutes? Hah! This was a dawdle. I must be more fit that I thought I was. Just after the first minute I started seriously slowing down. By two minutes I had to give up and sit back down on the seat. I loved it though and kept at it and have used it regular since. I began with this equipment years ago, but did not stick with it. This time I dusted it off and although my 275 pounds was 25 too many, I figured the least I could do was replace the cable, should it bust.
