Advantages: Lightweight, easy to use. No batteries needed.

Disadvantages: Takes up space in use

My first couple of seconds on this machine made me wonder about the hype I'd heard about it. Complete workout in 4 minutes? Hah! This was a dawdle. I must be more fit that I thought I was. Just after the first minute I started seriously slowing down. By two minutes I had to give up and sit back down on the seat. I loved it though and kept at it and have used it regular since. A brilliant machine, simple but so effective. I can honestly say it works and works well and it's fun. My advice...If you get the chance of one, buy it without fail.

Summary: Love this machine. If it broke I'd need another pronto
