Advantages: Great Make

Disadvantages: N/A

As probably the leading golf manufacturer, 'Titleist' pronounced Tight-lye-ssst, make everything from golf clubs and golf balls, to clothing and umbrellas.

Their hats and caps are worn by a range of top players on both the European and PGA Tour, including Adam Scott, Robert Karlsson, Zach Johnson and Ben Curtis. As such, a Titleist hat is a must-have accessory for the fashion concious golfer.

Titeleist make headwear in six different varieties which are list below.

1. 'Tour Sports Mesh Fitted' - This is in the traditional baseball cap design, which is available in only black or white. It has a recommended retail price of £12.50.

2. 'Tour Adjustable' - The same as the previous cap, but featuring an adjustable strap rather that being a stardardised size, and this time available in eleven different colours. RRP £12.50

3. 'Fashion Ball Marker Adjustable' - Similar to the Tour Adjustable, but with the added benefit of including a handy ball marker. Available in nine colours including 'mustard', 'china' and 'dirt'! RRP £12.50.

4. 'T-Tech Hat' - This is a flexible fit design, with a stylish appearance - again costing £12.50.

5. 'Low Profile Visor' - A baseball cap front, with the actual headpart missing. Great for keeping the sun out of the eyes, but allowing the head to breathe on humid days. Available in Black, White, Navy, Purple, Red, and Blue. RRP £11.

6. 'Titleist Winter Headwear' - in the traditional 'beanie' style, this one's for the colder golfing days, and is available in either Black/White/Grey, or White/Black/Grey. RRP £12.

You can purchase these hats from a variety of sources including eBay, when they can be picked up for lower than their recomended retail price.

For more info see; www.titleist.co.uk/accessories/headwear/, which shows more info on the entire range.

I have found Titleist caps to be comfortable to wear. They can be washed, and as they last for a long time, represent good value for money.

Summary: Excellemt Designs and Comfortable to wear

I've always thought it was pronounced "Tit-lee-ist" - as a result of watching Beavis and Butthead. Good review.

Is it pronounced 'tit- leist' or 'title-ist'? I can't decide.

Good review!
