I bought this gym after seeing the commercials for it on tv. I thought I would give it a try and they had a 30 day free trial so I was like what the heck and got it. After it arrived here I was amazed to see that if was very easy to put up. There was no assembly required at all. I read the brochure on it just to try and figure out where I needed to start my work out at. So I set it on the second level. I was so amazed at the burning sensation I started to experience just after about 8 reps. It was amazing. I did not think the least bit that it would work this well. This gym is perfect for me because I am not the type of girl who wants to get bulky. I just want to tone up and this is great for that. There are actually a number of different exercises you can do and they all work very well. I definitly am keeping this machine.
