Twist & Shape Stepper

The twist and shape stepper is a good way to your leg muscles working and also to your gluteus macimus in to a peachy shape. You can set the step at different controls depending on how fast you want your work out to be. Therefore you can also intensify your workout at the push of a lever if you feel you can push yourself that little extra. It is also cheap compared to most gym equipment. I received the Reebok stepper as a Christmas present 2 years ago when I first started my quest to lose weight and at £50 was quite reasonable. The stepper came in a large box as It itself a lot larger than you would imagine, The Reebok Stepper came with instructions that has about 5 exercise tips on and cord bands that click into the bottom of the stepper on either side of It so whether you want to use them or not Is entirely optional and up to you.
