The resistance is really good, and although I have used gyms regularly all my life, Im generally only able to set the resitance at about 50% of the full available resistance, giving plenty of scope to gradually move up to higher resistance if required. This review is about my experience of the V-Fit Herculean Home Cross Trainer. Apologies if this is not the right section, but Im fairly new to this site, and cannot figure out where else to post the review. I purchased this Home gym in 2004 from argos at a price of £297, and I have found it to be very useful. The reason I purchased it, was that I was becoming annoyed at paying £30+ a month in gym memberships, and the time travelling to and from the gym each time, meant that it was hard to find the time to go.
