K2 in general ... sports are manufacturers of skis, snowboards, bikes and skates. All of which are off a very high standard. However in my review im going to concentrate on their ski development.# K2 skis are one of the leading ski makes in the world today. Just back from my ski holiday in Val Thorens i noticed how popular the K2 brand was, with 3 out of 4 of us owning K2 skis and standing in queues for lifts K2 seemed to be everywhere. As well as a few K2 snowboards, although Burton seemed to be the leader here. I owned the K2 Omni Sport ski, bought second hand from ebay on recommendation from a friend, and it is possibly the best ski for the intermediate looking to improve. I am... Dynastar Exclusive Active ... have last years model of this ski which is a different design to that pictured above but is the same ski. The 2007/08 model is black in colour with pink and beige swirly lettering just in case you see any for sale on E-bay at this time of year. This ski s have been brilliant for me - I had hired ski s on previouis holidays and found that they were really heavy and by the end of the day my legs were really tired so I thought I would have a hunt around the internet and see if they did any ski s especially for weak legged people like me. Dynastar in general ... have been using a pair of Dynastar skis for the past two seasons and they have been great. The current pair I have are Dynastar Exclusives. I really like the way that Dynastar seem to make Skis in a much bigger range than many of the other companies. They seem to realise that not everyone is over 5ft 6ins and that we don t all have really strong legs that can lift up really heavy skis. Dynastar makes skis which are specifically designed for women and are lighter in weight than many other types. I also like the funky designs that they tend to put on a lot of their sks.
