i know this is not about the satellite but thought i would stick this in here as dont know where else to put it


Me and a mate were bored a couple of weeks ago so we decided to go to peter lorimers at bishop to have a look at some stuff for mates but had no intention of getting anything but when we got there i was looking at some lush pumas and kooks when i saw this at the back of the stand, i love the satellite stickers from what i had seen of them but never seen them in the flesh so had a look and loved this bat, it was only a bronze but the grains where lush. The bat is a little concaved which i normaly dont like but i just knew i would get it, after missing our bus we decided to go back and i bought it! £80 and they slapped some oil on gave me a scuff sheet and a bat cover for free.

The Bat is sh and weighs 2lb 8 and it feels like it it doesnt pick up like 2lb 6 or whatever and i think it feels a little bottom heavy. I presume it is a bronze because of the 2 small Blemishes? on the face.
Well after bringing it home i got down to finishing knocking it in, it realy pings from the middle but when you dont hit the middle it doesnt sound good but still goes in places.


Nets and Playing in

When i was playing in it realy seemed to ping well but obviously i was just defending and hitting the middle. since then i have used it in the nets a bit more and it hasnt being going well however i think when i get used to the middle on it it should get better


Matches

I have had a few matches with this bat and am finding runs hard to come by which could come down to misfourtune because i have played a few nice shots from the middle but keep finding the fielders, away from the middle it sounds horrible and doesnt go well which you get from concaving


Overall

Overall i am still glad i got it however i dont think the profile suits my technique however it could yet come good, So that is one bad point and i would also like it to pick up a bit lighter but still the grains, middle and price make up for this.

So its not a perfect bat that you hear a lot of people talk about they have with however many ruler straight grains, picks up like a feather and pings even from the toe and the splice however i think this review is true about the bat,,

Summary: not my thing but for someone else would be perfect
