Advantages: World leading technology, caters for beginners to wold class players

Disadvantages: Equipment tends to be more expensive than rival brands, but you get what you pay for.

Yonex are undoubtedly the world leaders when it comes to Badminton Equipment.
I am a full time Badminton coach and in all my time playing and coaching I have mostly used Yonex, and I am now in the very fortunate position to be sponsored by Yonex. A great honour indeed.

Yonex have also developed a lot of new racket technology over the years to make their rackets lighter, more stable, more powerful and more controllable than other brands. The latest innovations from Yonex include the "Carbon Nanotube" . It resembles multilayered cups uniformly stacked together providing increased durability when compared with standard Carbon Nanotubes. It also has the added benefit of improving flexibility allowing the frame to return back to its original shape faster. It also helps to hold the shuttle on the string bed for enhanced control at the point of impact.

Fullerene: Yonex Nanoscience achieves precise control over all racket functions at a modular level. It establishes a high performance molecular bond between the fullerene and carbon nano-particles, creating an ultra-lightweight racket that's thinner, stronger and more stable than an ordinary racket to generate exceptional swing speed energy.

My personal favourite racket is the Arcsabre 7 as it is a fantastic all rounder. It can generate huge amounts of power whilst not being too head heavy, and it also gives you great control and feel of the shuttle. It is medium flex so players of light build like me can access it's power more easily than the stiffer Arcsabre 10.
