Advantages: sturdy, well built

Disadvantages: takes up a lot of space, expensive , doesn't work for some people , it hurts muscles and joints

I was needing a fitness machine for my fitness thing I had fallen into for some reason. I went down to the sport store and they recommended this strange looking device. The first thing that hit me when I seen it is the size. It takes up too much space for just an Ab machine.

I decided to give it a good test run in the shop as the price was a little steep for something that only works your abs. The good things were:

1. Excellent range of motion.
2. Positive and negative resistance.
3. Adjustable weight plates for added resistance.
4. Good overall midsection workout.

And the bad:

1. Very bulky machine.
2. Very expensive for just an AB Machine.
3. Cheaper similar models in the same class.
4. Not portable.
5. Hard to set up (takes nearly 2 hours to build and that's if you know what to do)

So I decided not to buy this product, to the utter disappointment of the salesperson (must have been peeved since no 30% commission) who must have spent all of a good 20 minutes telling me all the good things about this machine and talking around the questions when I asked him about the cons.

In conclusion this machine is very pricey for what it does and takes up a lot of room. It gives your abs good workout but cheaper ones can do the same or better. It hurts your joints so that is a bad thing. I wouldn't buy this thing as it is too much to pay. Go for a home gym or something along those lines.
