Advantages: Quickest way to build pec, tricep and front delt muscles

Disadvantages: DO NOT USE if you are out of shape and on the heavy side they can cause painful shoulder problems.

These bars are worth their weight in gold, if you want to build solid pecs, one of the best exercises for overall pec development is to push/pull the bodies extremeties or torso through a plain. This way the body senses it is in danger through being naturally unbalanced and so builds the targeted muscle(s) attempting to stabalise the body, as quickly as possible. The area of the body being targeted is developed in super quick time. Hence the use of push up bars pusing the torso through a plain. ENJOY!!! squats for quads, close grip pull ups for biceps, if you could, a hand stand up a wall while lowering/raising yourself for shoulders. You get the picture...Happy training!!
