When it arrived, even though I know very little (my way of saying nothing) about fitness equipment, I was very pleased as it looked like a good, solid piece of equipment - ideal for supporting my not so sylph-like figure.
The rower itself is quite heavy (28kg), of good construction and when fully extended has quite a big footprint (L178 x W48 x H62cm). The aluminium track is retractable for compact storage (L125 x W48 x H62cm) and takes seconds to fold.
