ld75454 York Skip Rope: ... I made my purchase that we were having a discussion whilst at work about fitness and some of the easiest and least expensive ways to get fit and lose weight. One of my colleagues said that they skipped 15 - 20 minutes every evening. This is what led me to adding York 8ft Skipping Rope to my basket. *About the Product* York 8ft Skipping Rope has ergonomically designed soft foam handles that provide a comfor...

fpsninja York Fitness Bodygym
... and thus the more work for your muscles! Now obviously there are many different ways to sit on and pull the ropes, so there is an included "wall poster" style bit of paper, which shows all the different methods. I think there are around 30-40 odd different methods, each one working a different set of muscles. Some don t use the ropes at all, and instead you use your legs. The York Bodygym also folds up into a little package, although folding and unfolding the gym is hard work, as it is quite heavy. Darkstar101 York R700 Platinum Series Rower

I did a lot of online research into the different types of rower available on the market and with the price tag at the forefront of my mind, and given my previous track record with exercise equipment and dedication to exercise in general for that matter, I opted for the York R700 rower as the price was pitched in the low-medium bracket. Here is the reason for my annoyance: PHYSIOLOGY Cycling is specifically designed to work out the lower half of the body. In particular the focus is on the quadricep muscles (Thigh s), the hamstrings, the calf muscles and the gluteals (your bottom) Cycling is also one of the best forms of a cardiovascular endurance exercises (heart and lungs), whilst still being a low impact exercise (I.e your joints are not getting effected with high i...
