 ... in his fast-talking prime to him in 1990 and also to think that such an interview with him probably wouldn't be possible today. One of the nice things about the DVD though is that it doesn't just focus on Ali but gives us a bit more on the other famous heavyweights who shared the seventies with him. George Foreman in particular is an interesting presence here. Champions Forever is a boxing documentary film that first appeared in 1990. The DVD looks at the last golden age of heavyweight boxing in the seventies through the eyes of Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, George Foreman, Ken Norton and Larry Holmes - all former heavyweight champions who are interviewed for the film as we look back on their careers and frequent battles with one another. The film (which runs for about two hours) is entertaining and well put together with much archive footage and some poignant moments.
