This dvd is not for the faint hearted but rather for those used to working out. There are are 3 routines to pick from starting with easy then intermediate and finally hard. Level 1 is helpfully explained step by step by josies personal trainer however once you've got the hang of it, it gets rather annoying trying to fast forward the explanations so you can get on with the work out. As this DVD focuses on interval training it is quite a high intensity and it is hard to do it as quickly as you can whilst doing the exercises correctly. No doubt about it though stick with this DVD and you WILL lose weight! Overall this DVD is Hard work but worth the effort, for the results you can get even if it is a bit annoying having to stop and start all the time as Josie's personal trainer explains each exercise.
