A great all round workout

I am always a bit sceptic about buying exercise DVD's, but as I had seen numerous good reviews about Nadia's DVD, I thought I would give it a try as I found it for only £4 on amazon. The DVD consists of 5 sections. These are warm up, High energy fat burner, All over body blast, All over body toner and a cool down. I bought the fit club edition of the DVD which also includes an option to create your own workout and 7 slimmer dinners to help with healthy eating.
The warm up lasts for about 12 minutes including Nadia's introduction. It consist of exercises such as marching, Leg curls, side oblique exercises, heel digs, side punches, torso twists and other stretches all over the body to reduce the chance of pulling any muscles in the other sections of the DVD. Even for a warm up, if you're a beginner or haven't exercised in a while, this will really get your heart beating.
The fat burner lasts for about 16 minutes including Nadia's introduction. This section consists of exercises such as heel digs, high kicks, side taps, squats, side reaches, walking jacks, knee pull downs and walking boxes. This section is high intensity and will have you sweating in minutes, you can definitely feel it working and burning that fat.
The body blast lasts for about 16 minutes including Nadia's introduction. The body blast consists of exercises such as triceps stretches, side reaches, sprinting on the spot, jumping jacks, high kicks, sit ups, side oblique exercises, cat stretches, side raisers and bicep curls. This section gets the heart rate up and tones the whole body with a specific focus on exercises that work on the arms and bingo wings. You will feel it working almost instantly, especially if you haven't exercised for a while or have done the other sections as well.
The body toner lasts for about 15 minutes including Nadia's introduction. It consist of marching, toe taps, sumo jumps, jumping boxes in a circle, sprinting on the spot, side leg raisers, a few moves on the floor to strengthen muscles, knee taps and triceps press ups. Another section that gets the heart rate up, gets you quite sweaty with a specific focus on the core, so for anyone wanting to tone their tum, this is probably the section for you.
The cool down lasts for about 10 minutes including Nadia's introduction. The cool down consists of exercises to stretch out your whole body and try and ensure that after all the other sections you return your body to a state of relaxation to reduce the chance of aches the next day. If you're a busy mum or have had a long day at work, this section would also be good to complete on its own for a bit of relaxation at the end of a busy day.
Weights are used in a few of the sections, but are optional. If you don't have any weights you could always use a couple of tins from your cupboard that fit nicely into your hands. You don't need a huge amount of space for this workout DVD either which is always a bonus.
Overall, I would recommend this DVD to anyone who wants exercise they can do in the comfort of their own home with perhaps only 15 minutes to work out a day, as you can select to do only one section if you wish. So this would be great for busy mums or people who work longer hours who don't have the time to go to the gym. I would say that I wouldn't recommend it to people who are of advanced level as they may not find It challenging enough.
Summary: A great all round workout, would recommend to anyone not wanting to go to the gym
