It seems strange that WWE has been running Smackdown for 10 years now, I remember when it was still new! Makes me feel old thats for sure.

I was actually bought the Smackdown 10th Anniversary DVD set as a gift from a friend, and at the time I had no idea it existed till U recieved it! I was quite excited to watch it, being a big WWE and wrestling fan in general.

The DVD set consists of 3 DVD's which take you through the best 100 moments of Smackdown over the last decade. It also includes commentary, random moments and best contenders that didn't quite make the top 100.

Personally, I thought some of the moments on there really did not rate in the top 100 moments, but then who am I to pick the ones for the DVD lol?
Some of the moments are true great moments of wrestling, some are great comedy sections and storylines, and some great interviews and skits from over the years. Some of them..... well they should be buried in the darkness of history and never shown to the world again lol.
Some of these moments include when Big Show and Brock Lesnar broke the ring with a superplex! That was truly a moment to remember.

I actually found this DVD to be very entertaining, and whilst it seems like it would be a long DVD, it actually goes by quite quickly and you get to the end of each disc before you know it. The commentary on the DVD is mostly good and funny, but some of the comments really did make me cringe with how bad they were, it might be ok to someone else, I just felt embarrased for them lol.

This DVD is great for new and old wrestling fans alike. If, like me, you have been watching Smackdown for years, this DVD is a great trip down memory lane, and if you are new or newish to Smackdown, you get to learn a lot of what has happened over the past 10 years, and to see how Smackdown became what it is today.

This DVD can be bought in places like HMV, but I found the cheapest place to buy it is on Amazon.co.uk, although it is still a little expensive, so if you are in no huge rush to see this, I recommend waiting for the price to drop a little. To me it is worth the price (not that I had to pay for it lol) but not everyone is as a hardcore fan as I am.
