Recently I have been given the complete Zumba set which consists of four CDs and a set of lightweight dumbells. It was given to me by my mum as she bought it from the TV advertisement for I believe £49.99 plus postage and packaging cost. It's official, I have gone for one more potential 'fad' that might help me get the nice flat tummy all it's instructors promise - ZUMBA!
