Advantages: State of the Art facilities

Disadvantages: Leaving behind memories

Liverpool are now probably going to move to a brand new 70,000 all seater stadium, in Stanley Park, not far away from the one they have now. In my opinion, this is fantastic news for the club and has to be done. Although there are many great memories at the current Anfield, and it is still a great and atmospheric stadium, it just is not big enough for the amount of supporters who would watch every game, and due to the amount of houses around, they can not really redevelop.

Therefore, to compete with teams like Man U, we have to move to a bigger stadium. The new anfield is going to be state of the art and the drawings so far look great. It will have a circular shape, with a huge car prark and hotel as well. The Liverpool fans I am sure will fill it for most matches, generating more money for the club, another bonus.

Personally, I can't wait!
