This is a very old golf course, dating back to Victorian times. However the course was closed for about 90 years, and was re-opened just 4 years ago. A lot of work was put into bringing it back to its present condition. It will be completed shortly with the addition of a clubhouse. It is set in Hurst, an old village in Berkshire.

The club boasts a nine hole course including some great holes such as the 5th, and 6th which have water hazards. There is also a nine-hole par three course which is great for beginners or just for practising your short game.

This is a very friendly club. Although booking is recommended, they will always try to fit a tee time in for you if you just turn up.
