Well, this is a fitness workout for you. Through the class you will go through all the motions and work "to your own level" but basically by the time the class is over you should be completely shattered and feel like throwing up. If you don't, then you've not worked hard enough. The class starts off with an easy warm up and unless you're really unfit shouldn't stroggle here. Can you walk forward and clap, and back and clap? Are you able to run circles around the slow people in a class while literally running in circles around them? Do you like an exercise class that makes you sweat, swear, and stagger out of there? Do female instructors with permed mullets turn you on? Then Body Attack is the class for you. I'm almost allergic to exercise, after all those horrible years in dark, gloomy High School PE halls being forced into playing netball, or worse yet, out in the hockey pitch where I would discover just how violent some girls could be become when wielding a large, wooden stick. Needless to say, being glad to leave those days behind me, I hadn't been in a rush to become a fitness fanatic.
