Advantages: good club facility

Disadvantages: lack of information and update from them, willingful attempt to provide anything in written

Real shame and like One-way (You can come in but can't go out). We simply try to downgrade our membership which can be done as per their staff words during joining time. But here is the trick - they will tell you many things to sell off but at the end of day taking your signature on something else which was not told in person. Golden Rule is
1) Read all terms and condition without believing in what was told by staff
2) take in written on whatever was promised by their staff
3) any complaint / issue, have written acknowledgment from them
4) any discussion over phone with them, have it documented in written with date-time and what was discussed and also submit copy at reception

Reason is simple - they have very good team of debt collectors so if you are going to fight the case, will need everything in written. Also they will ask everything in written but willingly will not provide update in written to you.

Summary: good in terms of facility but very bad in terms of customer management
