I wish that both Dundee and Dundee United fans would campaign for a shared stadium. It is somthing that the clubs need although I cannot see this happening for some time for a number of reasons, the fact that dundee have just built 2 new stands and so would have wasted money on this, dundee utd need a new chairman to share the marrs opinion about a new stadium and finally I think that some fans may think this is start of a merge between the two clubs. My opinion is that Dens park is a shadow of what is used to be. Back in the early 80's there was things being won there. Not by Dundee but by there great neighbours Utd who won the League cup there twice in 79 & 80 and of course the Scottish premier League in 1983. Now Dens is just a Stadium with no atmosphere what so ever as it is so open and pointless even trying to make noise. It is over shadowed by Tannadice, the home of the Arabs, which is not saying much as it is not really up to scratch eithier.
