Esporta Health Clubs (Leeds)

The Esporta gym, Cookridge Hall, is situated about six miles outside of the city centre. This is a big bonus, mainly because it’s not flooded with hundreds of people working out on their lunches, and also pre/post work workouts. Whilst after work can be busy, this is generally only early in the week, when all the good intentions after a heavy weekend are laid down, only to be broken down again by Tuesday ;-) I think despite the busy periods though, there is more than enough equipment to cater for all times, I very rarely am waiting on anything, especially cardio machines. Esporta Health and fitness club, Cookridge hall, Leeds Esporta Health and fitness clubs all over the country and now even some in Europe, but this opinion concentrates on the Leeds Esporta for one simple reason, it’s the club I use. Getting there The Esporta gym in Leeds is situated out of the town centre although they are building a new one in Leeds town centre due to open sometime later on in the year. The one out of town is situated in the small village of Cookridge and the Esporta gym is inside the converted village hall.
