A popular course due to its close proximity to the Central Line - the club is a 10-minute walk to Barkingside station. The fairways are wide, the greens generous, but the bad golfer will lose balls - as the groundstaff aren't too bothered about trimming the rough. So don't be surprised when a seemingly perfect tee shot lands in about a metre of damp grass cuttings.
