The Hawthorns is home of West Bromwich Albion FC, it is an all seater stadium with a capacity of 26,500. I visted in September 2009 and my review is mainly based around the Smethwick Stand where the away fans are housed. Its a good all round place to go see a good game of football. an ideal gound to take the family as the parking facilities nearby are not half as bad as many of the football grounds i have been to. I paid my first visit to the Hawthorns last season, and must say that I enjoyed the experience. It is easy to find, and not desperately difficult to park near if you come by car, but don't want to pay for the privilege of leaving your vehicle right next door to the ground in one of the matchday car parks.
