Recently it has been my mission to lose a bit of weight and I have joined the local gym. I'm also a teacher which means it can be a little tricky to find the time to go to said gym! My local place s Medina Leisure Centre which is situated on Fairlee Road as you come into or out of Newport. This makes it easy to visit if you are on your way home from work. Primarily a high school, Medina leisure centre also boasts a swimming pool, badminton and squash courts as well as a large theatre which also doubles as a monthly cinema.
