Pittodrie Park (Aberdeen FC)

I will first of all say that I am not an Aberdeen fan and have only been to watch one match at Pittodrie but I remember going to the match and had to give feedback on the experience. The stadium is the home of Aberdeen Football Club and is a true football fans stadium which is based in the middle of a housing area where no real parking is available but this if anything adds to the atmosphere as you walk along the streets with thousands of fans around you with flags and dressed to the nines in their team colours as a sea of red floods between the houses along the roads to the stadium. OK, I admit it – I’m an Aberdeen supporter. (Personally, I blame my husband, although I suppose it’s not entirely his fault.) Accordingly, I have spent many miserable hours (and a few happy, but too brief, minutes) at Pittodrie Stadium - I’ve never heard it called Pittodrie Park anywhere except here on Dooyoo!
